Ingleside at King Farm is proud of the team that makes this one of the premier senior living communities. Read the stories behind some of the professionals that make up the this team.

Debbie has enjoyed working at the front desk as Concierge for Ingleside since opening. Debbie is considered the command center of the building, and is a major resource for all members and staff at Ingleside at King Farm. She manages the concierge team, and transportation services. Debbie is considered the "Director of First Impressions", her smile is the first thing you see as you enter the community.

Tiffany and the Cultural Arts Department is responsible for the overall planning and execution of more than 140 monthly concerts, lectures, workshops, classes and outings. Additionally, Tiffany plans and directs a variety of upscale events throughout the year to allow members to engage socially and celebrate their retirement! Tiffany has a Bachelor in Applied Psychology from Christopher Newport University, and an Event Management Certificate from Montgomery College. Tiffany was born in Heidelberg Germany, grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia and moved to Maryland prior to starting at Ingleside at King Farm.

Victoria has had many positions with the Senior Living industry, from Nurse Supervisor, to Nurse Manager, to her current position at Ingleside at King Farm as Director of Nursing. Victoria graduated from Wichita State University with Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. She is a Khmer Rouge survivor who came to United States from Cambodia at the age of 14.

Emily has been working in Human Resources since graduating from Marist College, with a double major in International Business and Spanish. Emily was a Division I athlete and rowed crew both in high school and college.

Richard Thayer
Chaplain

A graduate of Princeton Seminary, Richard Thayer has served congregations large and small, from New York City to San Francisco Bay. His thirty year career has included campus ministry at Stanford University, Hospice Chaplaincy with Capital Caring, and leading churches in both Virginia and Maryland. As Chaplain of Ingleside at King Farm, he serves all of our members and staff with spiritual support, leadership in weekly Vespers worship, and simply caring when called. Erstwhile sailor and fly-fisherman, Richard currently spends time away from Ingleside not on the water, alas, but renovating the townhouse where he and wife Myra raised three children into adulthood: they are at last making the place their own.

Erich Lichota
Leisure & Fitness Manager
"The best thing about working at Ingleside at King Farm is the diversity of brilliant minds of every walk of life I am exposed to every day."
Erich is the Leisure and Fitness Manager at Ingleside at King Farm and oversees the Fitness Center, the pool and beauty salon. He gives personal training to individual clients, and leads stretch and exercise classes in independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing. Erich began his career as a Physical Training Instructor for the Infantry Junior Leader Battalion Military College, Shornecliff, in Kent, England. Since leaving the military he has been involved in all things fitness for over 35 years as a competitor, coach, physical training instructor and a certified personal trainer. I have trained people from 15 to 99 years of age all over Europe, the Caribbean and now the USA. Erich's passion is scuba diving. He is a PADI Master Instructor and loves to take people down to Tortola BVI to teach them how to dive.

Colleen Prosise
Director of Social Services
"It means a lot to me to work here at Ingleside. As the social worker I enjoy helping people live their life."
As the Director of Social Services for Ingleside at King Farm Colleen is available to meet with and listen to members, families, and staff of the community. She helps provide practical solutions for problems, including collaboration with community resources. Colleen received her Master's in Social Work, from the University of Maryland, acquired the hours of supervision and testing to earn the designation of Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical. Her passion is quilting, and spending time with her husband of 31 years, and her two Great Pyrenees!

William Boyd-Kelly
Head of Security
"The members are the best part of my job. They are like a family to me, and I get to provide them with a safe carefree environment to enjoy their retirement!"
As the Head of Security for Ingleside at King Farm, William Boyd-Kelly makes sure that both members and staff work in a safe and secure environment, and are provided the best customer service. William has had over 15 years of law enforcement experience from the navy, police and private security. In his free time, William loves to dedicate his time mentoring foster kids, and giving back to the community.
