Location

Ingleside is a town within a town, residing in the heart of the intergenerational planned community of King Farm. Members of Ingleside enjoy the convenience of a walk-able neighborhood. Dine and shop in the Village of King Farm, walk the dog in one of the many parks, catch the shuttle to the metro and benefit from the rich cultural life of the DC metropolitan area.

Located just north of Washington, DC in Montgomery County, Maryland, Ingleside at King Farm was built to offer health and wellness to its members while taking advantage of the area's environmental consciousness. We've created a green space that reflects our core values and sustains biodiversity for generations to come.

From the Beltway:

Take I-270 North to EXIT 8 - Shady Grove Rd./ Redland Blvd.
Take Redland Road Ramp
Turn Left on Piccard Dr.
Turn Right on King Farm Blvd.
Ingleside at King Farm is on the Left

From Points North:

Take I-270 South towards Washington to EXIT 8 - Shady Grove Road
(East towards Gaithersburg / Rockville)
Turn Left at Shady Grove Rd.
Turn Right on Gaither Rd.
Turn Right on to King Farm Blvd.
Ingleside at King Farm is on your right.

From the Beltway at Wisconsin Ave. (Rte. 355):

Take 355 North approximately 7 miles to King Farm Blvd.
Turn Left on King Farm Blvd.
Continue on King Farm Blvd.
Ingleside at King Farm is on your right.
